The Pioneer 5.1 channel home theatre system includes unique MCACC system (Multi-Channel Acoustic Calibration). Its function is to optimally tune the amplifier to the size of your living room space and speaker placement. The result sounds like a professional recording engineer has fine-tuned your system.
High Quality
Imbued with Dolby Pro Logic IIz which enhancement from IIx, it adds a height component, creating front height channels above the front left and right speakers. It identifies low-level information such as ambience and weather sounds and directs it to the front height speakers.
DTS-HD Master Audio
These codecs are intended primarily for high-definition home-entertainment equipment, such as Blu-ray Disc. Put simply, the result is that you can now enjoy high resolution images accompanied by lush studio-quality HD sound.
