Change of Mind
Please choose carefully as we do not have to provide a refund if you have changed your mind about a particular purchase.
Under the Australian Consumer Law, you have guaranteed legal rights for goods and services you buy.
These are called consumer guarantees, and include a guarantee that the goods:
- are of acceptable quality, such that the goods are free from defects, safe and durable;
- match any description;
- are fit for any disclosed purpose; and
- match any sample or demonstration model.
If the goods or services we supply do not meet a consumer guarantee, we will meet our obligations under the Australian Consumer Law to provide a remedy.
These guarantees cannot be excluded and are in addition to any warranty offered by a manufacturer.
There may be circumstances in which the consumer guarantees do not apply, such as where the goods became unacceptable due to fair wear and tear, or the customer’s misuse, or failure to use the goods in accordance with manufacturer's instructions, or failure to take reasonable care.

A major failure is where the goods cannot be repaired or cannot be repaired within a reasonable time.
If a failure amounts to a major failure, you are entitled to return the goods and choose a replacement or refund and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
Where you choose a replacement, we will provide goods of the same type and similar value.
If the goods can be repaired within a reasonable time, you cannot reject the goods and demand a refund. Instead, we may repair the goods, or we may choose to offer to you a replacement or refund.
Where Joyce Mayne Online considers the goods to have breached a consumer guarantee, any shipping costs to return the original goods to Joyce Mayne Online will be at the cost of Joyce Mayne Online. If on examination of goods returned to Joyce Mayne Online, the goods are found to not be in breach of the consumer guarantees, Joyce Mayne Online may charge you a fee for examining the goods, and any cost to return the goods to you.
Please note that goods must be returned within a reasonable period and you may be asked to demonstrate that the problem with the goods was not your fault.
Refunds will be issued by Joyce Mayne Online or PayPal, at the discretion of Joyce Mayne Online.
Refunds will normally be processed within seven (7) days.
Goods Damaged in Transit
If any goods arrive damaged, please contact Joyce Mayne Online as soon as possible. Joyce Mayne Online will arrange to have the damaged item returned to Joyce Mayne Online and either replace the product or refund the price to you. Damaged goods must be returned to Joyce Mayne Online in the condition received by you with all original packaging.
Where you have an issue relating to your Order, please immediately contact Joyce Mayne Online. Please have your Order number with you.
This refund policy is not intended to exclude or limit any rights which you may have under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).
